Frequently Asked Questions
How should I know the current openings?
Every vacancy will be reported by the HR team and will be posted on the careers page. Candidates can apply to the post with an updated resume by clicking “Apply” button against each position.
How's the selection procedure ?
HR sourcing team will source the resumes which fit the job. Selected candidates will be intimated via phone and email. They need to appear in-person for the recruitment process.
How many rounds of interviews will be there ?
The preliminary round of interviews will help us to know you better. Once you clear the preliminary round, you will be called for a physical evaluation. Certain benchmarks are set by the company and candidates should qualify those to get selected. Once you clear the evaluations, you will have a discussion with HR manager for discussing compensation and benefits. Finally upon agreement, offer letter is released and joining date is communicated to the candidate.
What if I got rejected ?
Rejection is not the end. Don’t worry, you got rejected since your skill sets don’t match our requirements.
Once your candidature is rejected, we will keep your resume in our database for future openings. If you find any other exciting opportunity on the careers page you are welcome to apply. There is no waiting period to apply for a new position after a rejection.
We recommend all to go through the job description before applying so as to avoid rejections in future.
Do you pay TA for attending Face to Face Interviews ?
As per our company policy, TA for attending interviews will not be provided and should be spent from the candidate’s pocket. Once you are selected, TA will be provided for official travels until and unless it is explicitly mentioned.
Do you prefer only Ex-Service men ?
Definitely not. We have a mixed culture of human resources. We welcome civilians also to join our elite team. Civilians, who got selected will be provided with extra training to perform their daily duties. They will be guided by senior guards and continues learning will enable them to perform in par with ex-services men.
